A well preserved and scarce Luftwaffe Fliegerhorstfeuerwehr (Air Field Fire Service) visor cap, converted from previous Feuerschutzpolizei use. It is constructed of dark navy blue wool with reinforced side walls, fully lined on the exterior with a black doeskin cap band.
