Neither as firm as Palmberg (Winzerin) but always so very elegant and also prominent in it's characteristics

it is almost paradoxical in its ability to express such size but also render such fine detail

2023 Weingut Wasenhaus, Weissburgunder, Baden, Germany Thibaud Boudignon The 2 components were blendedEntry level Pinot blanc from loess soil, on plots south of Staufen. Pressed as whole cluster and fermented in used barrels from different size. Aged for one year on the full lees in barrel and another half year in stainless steel on its entire lees. A touch of nuttiness, great midpalate tension and drinkability. vB
