Our wine is a blend of our « young vines » (23 to 48 years old) in the « Les Quarts »

Rouge Gorge ("red throat") is named in honor of the robins which inhabit the vineyards

where fine creamy elements add to the overall suavity

and sweet tree fruits (think Italian poulsard and you’re pretty close)

Harvest is done manually with 12 48 hours of settling. Fermentation is carried out at a low temperature for 3 months, then aged in used barrels.
